Mangalore bonda

Ingredients:
3 measures of all purpose flour
1 measure of rice flour
2 green chilies
1/4 tsp soda
3 tbsp yoghurt
1 onion finely chopped
2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:
Mix the above ingredients into a soft dough. If needed, add a little water to loosen it.
Heat the oil in a heavy bottom saucepan on a medium flame, and fry the bondas until crispy.
Serve with ketchup, chili sauce, or chutney.
