Simple cilantro rice

Ingredients:
1 bunch of cilantro
2 green chilies
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 can coconut milk
1 inch block of ginger
2 cups of rice
1 tsp salt

Method:
Wash the rice and keep aside.
Grind all the other ingredients, and mix with the rice. Water should be 1 1/2 cups for each cup of rice.
Cook the rice either on the stove or microwave.
If cooking in the microwave, after 10 minutes open the lid and stir the rice, then continue cooking.
Cook for 20 minutes altogether.
Serve hot with any raitha.
