Corn fritters

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of corn
1 green chili
1 onion
1 small bunch of spring onions
1 tbsp of cilantro
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of cumin powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying 

Method:
Mix the ingredients with a little water enough to make a thick batter. Make into small dumplings and deep fry like pakoras.
Serve with ketchup, chutneys or by itself.
