Ingredients:
3 large-sized capsicum (bell peppers)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 pinches of asafoetida
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4 or 5 curry leaves
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
First wash and cut the capsicum into cubes. In a frying pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida, turmeric powder, chili powder, and curry leaves.
When mustard pops add the capsicum, salt and sauté until the capsicum becomes tender.
Serve with rice or chapati.
